Assist & Assure is a leadership skills program that focuses on engaging the workforce through 4 strategies:
- Transition to Work
- Safe Work Process (Step 7)
- Effective Supervision (before, during, after), and;
- Assurance
Assist & Assure is a way of working that focuses on safety leadership, safety conversations and influencing behaviours.
From 2019 to 2021, Kyrasil Solutions assisted in the implementation and rollout of the Shell/QGC Assist and Assure program ensuring the program became sustainable and embedded throughout the organisation.
As a result of coaching both frontline workers and management staff on how to make use of the Assist and Assure processes in their everyday work practices, this program was awarded the Shell CEO Global HSSE and Social Performance Award for HSSE Leadership in 2019.
